I ordered a heated bottling tank from Hillco. It came in box with a missing part. I called them, part shipped out next day air, great service,no hassles, they touched base with me on a Saturday, will deal with them in the future.

I have a full suite of equipment from HillCo including a 24 frame extractor, professional uncapping tank, clarifier, creamer, bottling tank and honey pump. All great equipment that comes with stellar customer service.

Bought the Minimax 9 frame and the hive butler.. Delivered quickly and undamaged due to great packing. Was easy to assemble. Was very easy to use from the loading of the supers, spinning, removal and cleaning. My mentor a 20+ master beekeeper was blown away by the ease and performance. Worth every penny by far. These products and the customer service are why I rate them a 5 star.

I will say their customer support is the best. Just worked with Hannah to finish up a big expansion for our honey production. HillCo has been fabulous to work with and looking forward to future opportunities.

I received my new honey extractor and uncapping tank from Hillco and can’t wait to try them out. I can’t say enough good things about Hillco. I had been looking to get a larger extractor and I wasn’t happy with my Maxant extractor. I was recommended by a friend. I got the 18 frame model. I also bought uncapping tank. John is amazing to deal with and their online YouTube videos are great. The extractor runs very smooth and it doesn’t even need to be bolted to the floor. I would buy another one in a heartbeat. I wish I purchased the larger uncapping tank. I am now going to buy one of their heated bottling tanks.

I purchased an 18 frame extractor recently and have extracted 4 loads so far and I'm happy with my purchase. The main selling points for me were (1) The price, or maybe I should say value. (2) The Motor; a 3 phase motor that runs on 110v (it has a converter) and it never gets hot. (3) The exceptional warranty. (4) Sloped bottom that allows allows Honey to drain very well.I will be calling John to discuss a few minor improvements that he might consider, but I believe this 18 frame extractor is a great value.

Can’t say enough good things about this company. Many of my friends talk highly of John and Hillco and they have backed it up. Hannah went above and beyond for me and provided some of the best customer service I have ever seen. She did everything she could to help and even went as far to call and communicate with me after regular business hours. Customer for life!

I wish that I could give this company MORE stars. I have ordered from a few bee equipment companies and have never been completely satisfied with the quality, but HillCo's quality is the best! Very well made very reasonably priced, shipping was free over $100 and very fast. It was shipped within 30 minutes of my order and arrived at my door 3 business days later. VERY impressed with this company!! I would DEFINATELY recommend them! TOP NOTCH! Thank you HillCo. It's SO nice to deal with a company that cares about their product quality and their customers. Awesome company! John is a great guy to talk to and very helpful. After placing quite a few orders, I've only had a couple of issues. You can have that with any company. John went out of his way to make it right. HillCo is my go to company for higher end bee supplies.

HillCo sells quality products at a very reasonable price. On top of that, they ship orders quickly and have amazing customer service! I recently placed an order at an extremely busy time for them and they managed to get it shipped out same day.
