This tank is simply beautiful, and does a wonderful job heating and dispensing honey! It features a double-walled tank with an outer layer of water that is heated to the temperature you choose. The water surrounds the honey, heating the honey gently and evenly.
The tank comes standard with our fantastic dripless honey valve, to speed up your bottling process and provide a nice clean, fast shut-off of honey.
These honey bottler tanks drain like no other! The tank floor slopes towards the drain, which is welded and flush-mounted inside for a complete honey drain. Additionally, the drain is mounted level with the tank floor, to make sure that all the honey gets out with minimal mess and fuss!

Nick Szucs I'm a sideline beekeper in Ohio with 130 colonies. I have run 2,000 pounds of honey through this bottling tank! It works fantastic. One modification I made is to take off the O-ring where the first fitting screws into the tank. I added some teflon tape on this connection and screwed it all the way in. I was having the valve fittings turn on me when I was bottling because of the leverage of the handle on the bottling valve, easier to have it in there solid than to use the o-ring for me. I included a picture of what it looks like, that fits snug into the tank and have not had any issues with the fittings turning on me since. This bottling tank is the perfect size for me, very consistent and fast heating and a great looking finished product on store shelves!

Rebecca E. Love this heated bottling tank! Perfect size for my little operation. It keeps honey at a nice temp to make bottling clean & simple. I've not used it for decrystslizing honey yet but I feel confident that it will work lovely. Only change would be a locking lid of some kind. Hillco is a wonderful accommodating company to work with. I will definitely purchase again as my business grows.

Phil C. I just received the unit and it arrived in perfect condition, safely packaged and the delivery was very quick. Can't wait to use this 7 gal heated bottling tank as I have about 250lbs of crystalized honey to bottle, which should be a great test. Phil.

Chad Priest Works great, fast delivery, only con is constant clicking from temp controller, but was assured from company it is normal. Also a seal/latch on the lid/cover would be a nice improvement.
